$250 Home Depot Gift Card Giveaway Contest Rules

   1.    Eligibility:
   •    No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
   •    This giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   •    Employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives of RG2020 Real Estate Services (the “Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
   2.    How to Enter:
   •    To enter, participants must provide their name, contact information, and property details for a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) via www.RG2020.com.
   •    Only one entry per person is allowed.
   •    Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM PST on September 30, 2024.
   3.    Prize:
   •    Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $250 gift card.
   •    The gift cards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize.
   4.    Winner Selection and Notification:
   •    Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   •    The drawing will take place at the end of September 2024, and winners will be notified via email or phone during the first week of October 2024.
   •    If the selected winner(s) do not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner(s) will be chosen.
   5.    Conditions of Participation:
   •    By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by all rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
   •    Participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   6.    Privacy:
   •    Any personal information collected through this contest will only be used for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose without prior consent, in compliance with California’s privacy laws.
   7.    Disclaimers:
   •    RG2020 Real Estate Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the contest.
   •    RG2020 Real Estate Services is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any computer, technical, or human error that may occur in the administration of the contest.
   8.    Limitation of Liability:
   •    By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless RG2020 Real Estate Services and its affiliates from any claims, losses, and damages arising from their participation in this contest and the acceptance and use of the prizes awarded.
   9.    Governing Law:
   •    This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of this contest will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of California, and participants agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
